Born in Seoul, I received my BFA from Sookmyoung Women’s University and then completed an MA in Digital Media Design at the International Design School for Advanced Studies (IDAS), Hong-Ik University. Before coming to RCA, I practiced as a New Media artist and taught at universities in South Korea. My work has been included in several exhibitions around Europe, such as Ars Electonica and Tweak Festival.

 My work encompasses a wide range of media, including interactive installations and wearables. Through my work I am exploring the concept of new emotions emerging from our fast changing society. By moving to London, I hope to further develop my ideas and art practice.
