The current trend to become more and more social will reverse itself in a crowded world. When our friends become spam, and the pervasion of commercial and governmental interests into our lives will rise, our firewalls will too.

The future world will become a wild ecosystem of automata, robots, viruses and humans. To save mental health, to keep personal freedom and self–determined identity, we need to reduce, control and filter inputs, outputs and interactions.

The right to stay anonymous will upvalue and to move freely will be connected with that right. What today seems to be a sign of oppression might be tomorrow a sign of freedom. We might have to disguise our identity, if we are a human, a robot or a cyborg.

These new parameters of the public realm will need a new setting of communication. A total avoidance of communication might be needed in certain.

The wild environment of our future might be similar to the ecosystem thousands of years ago. Future demeanour resembles animal behaviour or shamanistic rituals.

Our design for this scenario is a first proposal for an anti-communication outfit. Based on the design of high-viz clothes express a wish for anonymity and the avoidance of contact. For basic signs needed we assume a signature language of light signals and gestures.

The noisy environment and the anonymity of our visual appearance may need new ways of communication. The second proposal based on the scenario is a device for the use of our voice for that in a different way and for altered purposes.
