Kristina Cranfield
Second Year

My work is a combination of speculative narratives, performances and social experiments, which aim to investigate and challenge societal and political systems and their impact on our lives. Through critical research, observations of everyday life and drawing from my own experiences, my work exposes the struggles and uncertainties of our age and, through designed interventions, aims to provoke change.

Troubled by the countless bureaucracies that shape our everyday, I am drawn to depicting this through film where I experiment with novel methods and unconventional techniques to capture and tell compelling narratives, while allowing space for further thought.
