First Year
I graduated from Kingston University in 2009 with a BA (Hons) in product and furniture design. During a year out from University I spent some time working as a freelance product designer and in the furniture design industry and quickly came to realise that I have no interest in commercially focused design. I then decided to shift my thinking and started to work in a more speculative way, focusing on the interaction between people and products and how technology can affect our behaviours. That lead me to applying to study Design Interactions at the RCA.
I spend most of my day being confused / trying to make sense of everything.
